Please make cheques payable to: Stuart Richards and post to the address below. Please mark your address and reference on the reverse of the cheque. All orders will be processed once the total funds have been cleared.

Returns and exchanges
Each item is hand made to order so unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange any items unless faulty. On arrival please inspect your goods in great detail for damage. All items featured on the site are very fragile so we always aim to use specialist carriers to ensure your purchase arrives with you in good order. If your goods have arrived damaged, please contact us immediately quoting your reference number.
